His particular expertise lies in medical negligence, with a strong focus on obstetric and birth injury cases, delayed diagnosis and failures in hospital care. He regularly advises clients and families dealing with life-changing injuries, guiding them through the process with clarity, sensitivity and practical insight. Aaron began his legal career with the firm in Cork during and after his college years. He has since returned to lead and develop the firm’s litigation practice.

He takes a clear, pragmatic and client-focused approach to every case, explaining matters in straightforward terms and managing expectations from the outset. Clients are kept informed and supported throughout, while Aaron progresses each case with a strategic, detail-driven focus.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. He guided a CervicalCheck Tribunal claim from instruction to resolution within eight months, securing significant damages and a formal apology following mediation, and obtained an admission of liability and damages in a High Court workplace injury case during trial. He has also acted in a number of inquests, helping families understand the circumstances surrounding the death of a loved one, and has engaged at policy level, including meeting the Minister for Justice to advocate for reform in the treatment of persons in custody.
